Carissa Lawhun
Carissa Lawhun began buying, selling and investing in both improved and vacant residential property at the age of eighteen.
As a licensed Real Estate broker, she founded Florida Realty Investments in 2004 as a fledgling, one-person real estate boutique. Under her leadership, Florida Realty Investments has become a major brokerage and property management company and has grown to over 1000 highly experienced agents and staff that are trained in residential buying, selling, and property management services covering the Central Florida area. We now have 11 offices located in East Orlando, Downtown Orlando, DeLand, Lake Mary, Dr. Phillips, Kissimmee, Clermont, Titusville, Cocoa, Sarasota, and Tampa giving true coast-to-coast service in Florida.
Growth has meant major expansion to Florida Realty Investments. In addition to our ever expanding brokerage service, our property management division now manages nearly 2,000 properties for investors and owners.

About Our Sales Director
Ryan Langley
A Central Florida native, Mr. Langley is knowledgeable of the land, politics and market forces that drive the Central Florida real estate market. He holds a Finance Degree from the University of Central Florida, and has utilized his knowledge and education in commercial and residential real estate for 24 years.
Mr. Langley specializes in investment sales, helping both sides work toward a successful transaction. Ryan investigates creative alternatives to any financial or developmental hurdles encountered throughout the process and has a tremendous rate of success, selling over $100 million in real estate.
At Florida Realty Investments, Ryan is also focused on supporting our agents in their pursuit of success. He trains those who want training, motivates as necessary, and creates an atmosphere of teamwork and achievement.
About Our Support Team
Mykaila Freeman is the Sales Administrator at FRI overseeing all our agent's transaction files from listing through closing. Her attention to detail and expertise in our cloud-based transaction management software, ensures a streamlined contract to closing flow, as well enforcing the highest standards of compliance. Mykaila efficiently administers Commission Disbursement Authorizations to Title Companies making certain that our agents receive timely payments at closing.
Michelle Machado is the Marketing Coordinator at FRI she has extensive experience in graphic design, and she has a Hubspot certification for Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing. She is bilingual and she is here to help you take your marketing to new heights.
Tina Gibson is the Director of Property Management at FRI. She brings 22 years of Property Management experience, 15 of which she has been an active Real Estate agent. She leverages her perspective as both Agent and Manager to assist with any Property Management-related needs our agents have. She is always available to answer any question in order to ensure compliance with Landlord-Tenant Law.

Ashley Delgado is the Director of Leasing at FRI. Ashley is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has been with Florida Realty Investments for over 6 years. As an agent of FRI, you have exclusive access to hundreds of leads from prospective tenants interested in the 1,500+ units we manage. Our unique Leasing Program is an easy way to ensure "snacks between your meals."
Ebonii Brown is the Director of Bookkeeping at FRI. She ensures that your commission checks are ready for you at closing. She's also happy to write checks for Agent Referrals and our Leasing Program commission.
Milena Rosario is the Chief of Staff at FRI. She ensures that you have 24-hour access to our office and conference spaces. As well as all the office supplies needed to help you succeed!
