"My wife and I have been agents with FRI for about 12 years.  I've had a broker's license since 1980 and my wife has been very active for about 15 years.  FRI is an extremely well-structured company and the best my wife and I have been affiliated with, ever.  More important than that though is the team the Broker and Director have put together to support their agents and give us an extraordinary commission split :).  Their unparalleled willingness to answer our questions and help with the many situations that come up is awesome.  We're very appreciative of not having to pay a big commission split or exorbitant office fees at every turn (been there, done that!).  We have never regretted no longer being with a national firm and we haven't come across any resistance to that.  If you're trying to decide whether to stay where you are or join FRI, I would just leave you with this one question;  "What are you thinking?"  Come to a much better setup!"
